PolicyTruth provides independent, plain-English analysis of the text and numbers in loan and insurance documents that you upload, to help you understand fees, clauses, exclusions, timelines, and common risk points.
All outputs are educational and informational only.

We do not sell loans or insurance, do not earn commissions from lenders/insurers/agents for your purchase decision, and do not recommend specific providers or products.
3) NO PROFESSIONAL OR FIDUCIARY RELATIONSHIP
Using the Site, uploading documents, or receiving a Report does not create any attorney-client, adviser-client, fiduciary, or other professional relationship between you and PolicyTruth.
4) YOU MUST VERIFY — NO WARRANTIES ON ACCURACY/COMPLETENESS
We use best efforts to be accurate, but:
- Reports are based only on the documents you provide (and any publicly available material we reference).
- If your upload is incomplete, outdated, scanned poorly, or missing annexures/schedules, our analysis may be incomplete.
- Interpretation of legal/contract language can vary by context and jurisdiction.
Accordingly, the Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind (express or implied), including warranties of completeness, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
You should verify all critical figures, clauses, and obligations in the original document and confirm with your lender/insurer. For decisions, consult licensed professionals (lawyer/CA/SEBI-registered adviser/IRDAI-licensed intermediary).
5) NO GUARANTEES OF OUTCOMES
Our Reports do not predict or guarantee:
- claim approvals or payouts,
- loan sanctions or foreclosure outcomes,
- premium/interest changes,
- dispute results, litigation outcomes, or regulatory outcomes,
- or any financial benefit/savings.
The underlying contract terms are set by your lender/insurer; our analysis does not modify those terms.
6) AI-ASSISTED PROCESSING DISCLOSURE (IF APPLICABLE)
To improve speed and consistency, we may use automated tools (including AI) to assist in extracting, structuring, and summarising text from uploaded documents.
As of the Last Updated date, AI processing may include third-party processors (currently: [Google Gemini]) solely to support extraction/structuring for your Report.
AI can produce errors or omit context. You must verify important terms against the original document.
If you believe we made a factual extraction error (e.g., misquoted a number/clause present in the document), contact us—correction/refund eligibility is governed by our Terms and Refund Policy.
7) USER-UPLOADED CONTENT — AUTHORIZATION, THIRD-PARTY DATA, INDEMNITY
You confirm that:
- you are the lawful owner of the uploaded documents or have lawful authority/consent to share them for review,
- the documents are not unlawfully obtained and do not violate confidentiality obligations owed to others,
- you will not upload passwords, OTPs, CVV, bank login credentials, or other sensitive secrets,
- and you will redact/mask identifiers such as PAN/Aadhaar and full address where feasible.
If your documents contain third-party personal data (co-borrower, guarantor, nominee, family member), you confirm you have the right to share that data for this review.
You agree to indemnify and hold PolicyTruth harmless from claims arising from unauthorized/unlawful uploads or misuse.
8) THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS
We may rely on third-party services (hosting, payment gateway, communications tools, AI tools) for providing the Services. We do not control third-party systems and do not guarantee their uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

9) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (MAXIMUM PERMITTED BY LAW)
To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law:
- PolicyTruth is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
- PolicyTruth is not liable for losses arising from reliance on the Report or Site content, including financial loss, missed opportunities, disputes with lenders/insurers, claim denials, penalties, or legal proceedings.
Our total aggregate liability relating to a specific order/report will not exceed the fee paid for that order/report.
Nothing in this Disclaimer limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10) CONSUMER RIGHTS
This Disclaimer supplements (and does not replace) our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, DPDP Notice, and Refund Policy.
Nothing here is intended to remove or reduce any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
