1. Definitions

• "Service": The educational document analysis provided by PolicyTruth.in.

• "Successful Upload": The receipt of a valid, readable PDF file containing the necessary loan or insurance terms via our submission portal.

• "Material Scope Mismatch": A situation where the delivered report fails to cover the specific categories listed in our "What We Cover" section (e.g., failing to extract a visible fee or exclusion).

2. Scope of Service (Educational Only) PolicyTruth.in provides document analysis reports for educational purposes only. We explain costs, charges, and clauses based on the text you provide.

• No Advice: We are not a SEBI-registered investment adviser and not an IRDAI-registered insurance intermediary. We do not provide recommendations or assess suitability.

• No Warranty on Outcomes: We do not guarantee savings, claim approvals, or specific financial results.

3. User Responsibilities

• Accuracy: You are responsible for providing complete and legible documents.

• Redaction: You agree to redact (black out) sensitive identifiers (PAN, Aadhaar) before upload.

• Lawful Use: You represent that you have the lawful right to share the documents you upload.

4. Fees & GST Fees are fixed as displayed on the Services page. The final price at checkout includes applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

5. Delivery Timeline We aim to deliver the report within 48 hours of a Successful Upload.

• Force Majeure: The 48-hour timeline excludes delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, payment gateway failures, or acts of God.

6. Service Delivery & Accuracy Guarantee (Refund Policy) Refunds are strictly limited to the following three conditions:

1. Non-Delivery: Failure to email the report within 48 hours of Successful Upload (excluding Force Majeure).

2. Factual Extraction Error: The report contains a verifiable error in quoting a number or clause (e.g., we transcribed "2%" fee as "1%").

3. Material Scope Mismatch: The report omits a key section defined in our service description.

 

Note: Refunds are NOT granted for dissatisfaction with the financial product itself or your decision based on the analysis. Request Window: You must request a refund within 7 days of delivery by emailing hello@policytruth.in.

7. Intellectual Property The analysis report format, templates, and website content are the intellectual property of PolicyTruth. The data contained in the report belongs to you.

8. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, PolicyTruth Advisors Pvt Ltd’s liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific report.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gurugram, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
